History of NPM

Naughton Project Management (NPM) established since 1996, providing a complete or bespoke project management service to publishers, universities and hospital Trusts. This includes managing the content and authors of books, journals or reports to provide electronic or print product.

NPM has particular expertise in Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) publishing, but has also penetrated areas of business, education and foreign language.

Core activity is work on multi-author materials, where relationship management as well as content is critical to meet tight deadlines. This demands a flexibility and speed when managing so many contributors worldwide.
